I believe in the power of lifting weights to change your physique AND thE power of a group of women to help you reach your goals and within STRONG, we have both.

As a woman, I believe the more you lift weights the more effective your body can become (hello fired-up metabolism). I am here to teach and coach you to do this in an effective way that takes the guesswork away- you just show up and put in the work!

I have spent 13 years as a fitness professional and like most women, I have tried all the things: running, boot camps, spin class, and even Crossfit.

Effective and progressive strength training transformed both my body and mind-- and NOW I have coached hundreds of women to do the same.
