Thank you for your interest in me as your personal trainer. It would be my pleasure to help you reach your fitness goals through one-on-one, partner or small group training sessions. If you are need help with your fitness, want to learn how to lift weights or want support and coaching to reach your goals, personal training is for you.
I offer the following in-person personal training sessions:
- One-on-One Training: you choose a 30 or 60 minute training session.
- Partner Training: grab your fitness friend and train together.
- Group Training: anywhere from 3-5 people in a small group training session.
“Being a busy professional, even though I don’t have children, it’s hard to find time for a regular exercise routine. At the same time I need to exercise not only for my own health but also because I want to be a good example for my patients. I have done some of Hollie’s classes and online boot camps in the past so when I found out she was going to offer personal training out of her house I was excited and decided to sign up. I knew she was tough but I love the accountability of having a personal trainer. Since I started training with Hollie six weeks ago I have lost 6 pounds and almost 9 inches. I struggled during our first training session because I wasn’t eating right and not fueling my body properly but I’m eating better and I feel stronger. Hollie helps you to progress and get stronger without you even knowing it. I started out deadlifting a light weight kettle bell and now I’m deadlifting almost 80 pounds. I could barely do a pull up six weeks ago and now I’m doing multiple pull ups with very little support. I know I will continue to work with Hollie for a long time and continue to get stronger and see changes in my body. I would recommend Hollie for personal training for anyone who wants accountability, support, encouragement, strength and confidence as well as friendship.”
